Abstract
Scientific seminar organised by Mercator Research Centre ( Fryske Akademy) on request of the Research Institute for Linguistics, Budapest, Hungary. Immediate cause is the language law passed by the Parliament of Slovakia in which use of the Hungarian language has been imposed some restraints in the public area.
