Abstract
The book analyzes the social changes which have taken place in peasant societies from the consolidation of political and economical liberalism to nowadays globalization. The main aim of the book is focused in the politization, nationalization, conflictive, reformist and revolutionary process which the traditional peasant societies have undergone throughout the last centuries.
